Our Featured Business has 2 locations. Location #1 has 8 phone extensions, each with a unique phone number (DID). Location #2 has 5 phone extensions, each with a unique phone number (DID). With standard phone service this business would require 13 phone lines to service every phone extension.

Even though location #1 requires 8 unique phone numbers so that employees and customers
can communicate directly with each other, this location never has more than 5 telephone conversations going on at one time. Location #1 really only needs the 8 DID's and 5 Voice Channels. Location #2 is a manufacturing only location, but occasionally each department needs to be reached. This location seldom makes calls and never has more than 2 simultaneous telephone conversations. Location #2 really only needs 5 DID's and 2 Voice Channels.
